This web site and the materials contained here are provided by The ISE  as a service to its current and potential partners. By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

You acknowledge and agree that the content of this Site and all materials made available on this Site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other applicable proprietary rights and laws, all right, title and interest to which is owned by The ISE or the applicable third party. All content provided on this Site and any materials you download are provided for informational, non-commercial purposes and you shall have no right to modify, reproduce or redistribute any such content or materials or remove any copyright notices. You will need our consent if you want to use the content or materials provided on this Site for any other purposes.


All content and materials provided on this Site are provided on an as-needed basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind. The ISE does not promise or guarantee any such content or materials to be correct, current, complete, or suitable for your needs, or that such content and materials do not infringe any intellectual property rights. This Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and our organization may revise or withdraw a page, or the whole Site, at any time. Return/Refund Policy:

If your institution is not eligible to be verified for any reason such as it is fake, you will lose the 800 $ used for the verification. However, you will get back the 1800 $ that was supposed to be used in the support, maintenance and service.

By accessing the system at, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this system are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

01) General ID Document Requirements

With few exceptions, ID documents must meet all of the following requirements. Each ID document must (if we request at any phase):

  1. be valid; expired documents are not acceptable

  2. bear your full name exactly (excluding accents) as it was when registering for the ISUC system.

  3. include a recent, recognizable photograph

02) Unacceptable ID Documents

The following documents are not acceptable as primary or supplemental ID under any circumstances:(if we request at any phase):

  1. Documents must be valid, not forged, and not expired.

  2. Any document that does not bear your last name exactly (excluding accents) as it was used when registering for the ISUC system.

  3. International driver's license

  4. Draft classification card

  5. International Student ID

  6. Notary-prepared letter or document

  7. Birth Certificate

  8. Social Security Card

  9. Employee ID Card

  10. Any temporary ID card

03) Unable to Meet ID Requirements

When you register, ISUC does a prior review before receiving approval. You should also be prepared to submit any requested documents to ISUC Office of authentication, investigation & verification. You must receive approval from ISUC If you have been granted political asylum, have refugee status or are otherwise unable to meet the identification requirements, you must contact the result you are not permitted to ISUC system.

04) ISUC respects the privacy of visitors to the system

ISUC has adopted this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to inform you of what information we collect from you on or through the system, how we collect that information, how we may use it and the steps we take to protect it.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

05) System

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

This system is for non-commercial use. The purpose of this system is to provide information, educational services and communication with ISUC. All materials are provided solely for personal/institutional, and non-commercial use.

We may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to national ISUC agencies or certain categories of members.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

06) Your Consent

ISUC will not collect personal information from you without your express consent. By clicking the "I agree" button at the end of this privacy policy, you signify that you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal information via the systems.

07) Your User Content and Communications:

Our system may allow users to post, submit or display information, messages, suggestions, questions, photographs, and pictures (including pictures of the user and other representations of the user's name), digital images or other content in any form (collectively "User Content"). It is the responsibility of the individual providing such User Content to ensure that no portion of the content is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to third parties.

ISUC reserves the right to disclose, at any time and from time to time, any information or User Content that ISUC deems necessary or appropriate to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, legal, dispute process, or governmental request. ISUC shall have no liability in connection with any User Content submitted to, transmitted via, or displayed or posted on this system.

08) Personal Information

ISUC collectsinstitution information when you open an account, to participate in the services and offerings on the system. On such occasions, the personal information collected by ISUC may include, without limitation: your name, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number, mobile phone number, credit card information, debit card and related information, information concerning your interests, and other demographic information, as applicable. We may also ask some additional optional questions to help us better serve you. Please note that when you make a purchase from our system, we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or e-mail if we have questions.

To customize our response to your preferences with your consent, ISUC may ask you for personal information, such as your name, address, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number and similar information. We do this, for instance, when you establish a user profile or account, register for contests and promotions, submit requests to ISUC customer service, respond to communications from ISUC and for other services that require registration or subscription. When you establish a user profile, we may also request optional information from you regarding certain user preferences and similar information.

09) Non-Personal and Aggregate Data

When you visit our systems, we may collect "click stream" data (IP address, server address, domain name, browser information, and other non-personally identifiable information regarding your visit. This information may be combined with information you have provided to us (for instance by registering), which will enable us to analyze and better customize your visits. Like many systems, we may collect information regarding system usage by using cookies and tracking technologies. We may use information gathered from the cookies and tracking technologies to analyze and understand how the systems are used and to enhance your visits to the systems. For example, we may use cookies and tracking technologies to: (i) customize account pages for you; (ii) track user visits and account set-ups; (iii) determine what set-ups are most frequently requested; and (iv) provide for a "remember me" function to save your username and password so you do not have to provide it each time you visit the systems. We may also use a third-party service provider to help us optimize services we offer through the systems. That third party may place web beacons or data tags on the systems and/or a cookie on your computer to facilitate the collection of information on the use of the systems each time you visit the system ("Session Data"). 10) Use of Cookies

A "cookie" is a small string of information that the system that you visit transfers to your computer for identification purposes. Cookies can be used to follow your activity on the systems and that information helps us to understand your preferences and improve your system experience. Cookies are also used to remember user information such as your username and password.

You can turn off all cookies if you prefer not to receive them. You can also have your computer warn you whenever cookies are being used. For both options, you must adjust your browser settings.

Please note that when you set your computer to reject cookies, the settings may limit the functionality of the system you visit and it is possible that you will not have access to some of the features on the system.

11) Who Manages Visitor's Information

The global system of ISUC and the information collected, are managed and controlled by ISUC or by third- party service providers that are required to maintain the security and confidentiality standards described in this Privacy Policy on behalf of ISUC. The servers that make the systems available and that store the information collected by ISUC are located in the United Kingdom.

12) Protection of Visitors' Information

ISUC takes administrative, technical and physical precautions to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction and requires its third-party service providers to do the same.

You can help us by also taking precautions to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet by changing your passwords often, using a combination of letters and numbers, and making sure you use a secure web browser.

13) Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and domain names (collectively "Marks") located on this Site are the property of ISUC. The use of any of the Marks on any other system or network computer environment, for example, the storage or reproduction of the Site (or any part of) in any external internet site is prohibited. Certain other trademarks, service marks, and logos provided on the Site are the trademarks or service marks of a third party and may not be used, copied or reproduced without the permission of the owner.

14) Copyright Infringement & Prohibited uses

ISUC is committed to respecting others' intellectual property rights, and we ask our users to do the same. ISUC may, at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access rights of users who violate others' intellectual property rights. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our system, please deliver the following information to ISUC's Copyright Agent:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our system.

  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you.

  5. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice to us is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

  7. In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

  8. For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

  9. To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards.

  10. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).

  11. To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

  12. You also agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt, any part of our site, or any equipment or network on which our site is stored or any software used in the provision of our site, any equipment, network or software owned or used by any third-party.

15) Response Time

We will respond to your request in writing within two to four weeks from the date when we receive your request. Requests may be denied or responses delayed if you have not provided all necessary information.

16) Modifications

ISUC may revise these terms of service for its system at any time without notice. By using this system you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

17) Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
